1. 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee
We want you to sleep better with complete peace of mind. Smart Whim offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all physical products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a request.
2. Category A: Damaged or Defective Items (Fast-Track Resolution)
If your product arrives damaged or develops a functional fault, we take full responsibility. To help us provide a Fast-Track Resolution without requiring you to mail the item back, please contact us at support@smartwhim.com with:
*Your Order Number.
*Photos of the defective product.
*A photo of the Shipping Label on the original packaging.
*A short video (15-30 seconds) demonstrating the issue. Please ensure the shipping label on the original packaging is clearly visible in the video.
Why a video? A clear video allows our technical team to verify the fault instantly. This eliminates the need for lengthy back-and-forth emails and, in most cases, allows us to ship your replacement without waiting for the physical return of the damaged item. Once verified, we will immediately arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
3. Category B: Change of Mind / Personal Preference
If the product is functioning correctly but you wish to return it for personal reasons (e.g., "I don't like it," "not what I expected"), we will still honor our guarantee under the following conditions:
*The item must be in its original packaging and in "as-new" condition.
*Return Shipping Costs: For "Change of Mind" returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and must provide a valid tracking number.
Outcome: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund for the product price will be issued to your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items (Digital Products)
Please note that all sales of Digital Products (E-books, Audio files, PDF guides) are final. Due to the immediate access and nature of digital content, these items are non-refundable once the download link has been accessed or sent.
5. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within our guaranteed shipping time-frame, please notify us. If the package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will issue a full refund or a reshipment at no additional cost to you.
6. How to Start a Return
To initiate any request, please email support@smartwhim.com. Please do not send items back to the address on the package without prior authorization, as this will delay your refund process.
Once your request is approved based on the evidence provided (or after we receive and inspect your return), we will process your refund immediately. The credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to post the transaction to your account.
